2. Clear photocopy of passport’s front page (Scan upload)

3. Certification that you are currently enrolled in school, a diploma, transcript, Foreigner Physical Examination Form, Non-criminal record report, work certificate if you are working. (Scan upload)

4. Application fee RMB400.（After the registration information is approved, the account will be sent to the registered email address. You need to send payment proof to oip@qdu.edu.cn）

3. 最高学历证明、成绩单，体检证明、无犯罪证明、有工作经历者需提供工作证明（扫描上传）

4. 申请费400元（待报名信息审核通过后，申请邮箱会收到收款二维码。付款完成后将证明发送到oip@qdu.edu.cn）

1. Visit the application system https://admission.qdu.edu.cn/ fill in the application and upload the required documents.

2. Please upload the registration fee payment proof after receiving notification of paying fee

*If you are applying for scholarship, please refer to the corresponding scholarship notes. Continue filling up online after your application has been accepted.

The Admission Process and Obtaining a Visa:

Applicants who have got confirmation of admission will receive electronic version of “Admission Notice” and “the Confirmation Form for Study in China (JW202) or DQ form.”
Please apply for an X1 or X2 visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your home country with all materials. Please fill in the accurate email address and related information correctly. For details of visa process please check with the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.

审核合格确认录取后，我校将发给申请人电

子版 《青岛大学留学生录取通知书》和电子版 《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表），以便申请人申请来华学习（X1或X2）签证。请务必正确填写电子邮件地址及相关信息。签证申请有关信息请咨询当地中国使领馆。
