Application Materials:

1. Application Form (Fill in online）

2. Clear photocopy of passport’s front page (Scan upload)

3. Certification that you are currently enrolled in school, or      diploma, and transcript

4. physical examination

5. Non- criminal record

6. Application fee 400 RMB.（Payment information will be sent to applicants’ mailbox after application passing pre-evaluation.）

Online application process:

1、Please log in the foreign student application system of Qingdao university: https://admission.qdu.edu.cn/

register and truthfully fill in the information online.

Please choose the right major according to your study plan when you apply.

2、After application passing pre-evaluation, please upload the proof of paying the registration fee.

3、“Admission Notice”, “the Confirmation Form for Study in China (JW202)” or “ the Information Form for Foreign Students’ Short-term Visit (DQ)” will be sent to applicants’ email.
*If you are an applicant who is applying for scholarship, please refer to the corresponding scholarship notes. Continue filling up online after your application has been accepted. Application fee cannot be refunded.

网上申请流程：

1、请在报名开放时间内，登录青岛大学外国留学生申请系统：https://admission.qdu.edu.cn/注册并如实在线填写信息。专业选择请根据您的学习计划准确选择。

2、报名信息通过审核后，请上传报名费缴纳凭证。

3、学校通过邮件发送《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华确认表》（JW202表）或《短期来华留学生信息表》（DQ表）

*奖学金申请者请参考对应类型的“奖学金须知”，在材料通过学院审核后完成在线申请。申请费不予退还。

Please apply for an X1 or X2 visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your home country by using our materials. Please fill in the Email address and related information correctly. For details of visa process please check with the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.

录取和签证 :

申请合格后，学校将发给申请人《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华确认表》（JW202表）申请人申请来华学习（X1或X2）签证。请务必正确填写邮箱及其相关信息。签证申请有关信息请咨询当地中国使领馆。
