Culture Class Schedule:

Apart from these daily language classes, the Chinese language college also provides free optional Culture Classes. These classes vary each year and may include Chinese Gongfu, cooking class, calligraphy, or music lessons. Culture Classes meet Monday to Friday 1:30 (2:00)p.m. to 3:30(4:00) p.m.

Application Materials:

1、Application Form (Fill in online）

2、Clear photocopy of passport’s front page (Scan upload)

3、 Certification that you are currently enrolled in school, or a diploma, or a work certificate if you are working.(Scan upload)

4、 Financial Guarantee Statement with front page of the sponsor’s passport or proof of identification（See Attachment. Exchange Student provides official letter from university）.

5、Application fee of 400 RMB.（After the registration information is approved, the account will be sent by email to the registered email address. Application fee cannot be refunded.Exchange Student DONNOT pay online.  ）

* Applicants who are studying in Chinese universities other than Qingdao University should also provide the following documents:

1) A sealed transfer letter from the Foreign Students' Office of the university( including rate of attendance);

2) A recommendation letter from the class teacher of the university concerned;

3) A photocopy of the student's visa or residence permit in China.

3、 最高学历证明，有工作经历者并需提供工作证明（扫描上传）

4、 经济担保函及担保人身份证明（见附件，校际交流生提供学校推荐信，扫描上传）

5、 申请费400元（待报名信息审核通过后，根据系统提示缴纳。申请费不予退还。交流生无需在线付费）

*正在中国其他学校学习的学生还需提供：

 1) 所在院校留学生办公室的转学同意信(包括出勤率，必须加盖公章)。 2) 所在院校的任课教师的推荐信。3) 在华签证或居留许可复印件。

Online application process:

1、Please log in the foreign student application system of Qingdao university within the registration opening time:http://istudy.qdu.edu.cn/ 

register and truthfully fill in the information online. Please choose the right major according to your study plan when you apply.

2、After checking the registration information, please upload the proof of paying the registration fee.

3、Please pay attention to the application system registration email reminder.

*If you are an applicant who is applying for scholarship, please refer to the corresponding scholarship notes. Continue filling up online after your application has been accepted.

网上申请流程：

1、请在报名开放时间内，登录青岛大学外国留学生申请系统：http://istudy.qdu.edu.cn/apply注册并如实在线填写信息。专业选择请根据您的学习计划准确选择。

2、报名信息通过审核后，请上传报名费缴纳凭证。

3、在申请系统关注申请进度和邮箱，等待录取。

*奖学金申请者请参考对应类型的“奖学金须知”，在材料通过学院审核后完成在线申请。

The Admission Process and Obtaining a Visa:

Applicants with satisfactory applications will receive an “Admission Notice” and “Visa Application for International Students and Scholars to China (JW202 Form).”
Please apply for an X1or X2 visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your home country by using our materials. Please fill in the mailing address and related information correctly. For details of visa process please check with the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.

录取: 

申请合格后，学校将发给申请人《录取通知

书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表），以便申请人申请来华学习（X1或X2）签证。请务必正确填写邮寄地址及其相关信息。签证申请有关信息请咨询当地中国使领馆。
