青岛大学留学生研究生预录取申请流程

Pre-Admission Procedure for Qingdao University International Students Postgraduate Applicants

申请者本人将青岛大学硕博留学生预录取申请表（附件1）、有效护照复印件、最高学历证明、最后学历阶段成绩单、两位副教授以上职称人员推荐信、个人陈述等材料通过邮件发送至申请学院（学科或导师）审核。审核通过后将签章完整的预录取申请表原件送至青岛大学敏行楼留学生事务大厅。

申请者同时需要在青岛大学留学申请网站https://admission.qdu.edu.cn/及时提交在线申请。

International Students Postgraduate Applicants are required to submit a Pre-admission Application Form (see Attachment 1); a copy of your passport; your highest diploma (for Master Applicants this should be your Bachelor diploma and for Doctorate Degree applicants this should be your Master diploma ); Transcripts of your grades (for Master Applicants this should be the transcript of Bachelor Degree and for Doctorate Degree applicants this should be the transcript of you Master degree) , recommendation letter from two associate professors and personal statement, any other requirements needed by the specific study field/department you applied.

Hard copy of Preadmission form with all signature and stamp is required to be sent to the International Students Admission Office of Qingdao University.

Applicant is required to submit online application at QU portal https://admission.qdu.edu.cn/.
